We get it. Sometimes things just don’t work out. We want you to be happy.

Most of our items are eligible for our 30 day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping.

We are known to have the most simplistic refund process.

Eligibility for returns and refunds

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return or refund, we require a proof of purchase. The invoice you receive from us, in PDF format, after purchase is enough for proof.
  • The item must be damaged or should not match the product page description. We do not accept return or refund requests if you change your mind.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be returned or refunded under no circumstances.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If you chose free shipping then it is a non insured shipping method then in that case we take no guarantee of the proper delivery.
  • Any item that is returned or requested for a refund more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Don’t worry if your credit/debit card number has changed or blocked recently because refund is sent directly to your bank, in that case.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank again.

Then contact your credit/debit card company or original method of payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded under no circumstances.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

The original shipping costs for delivering the item to you are also non refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable return shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the same. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
